My name is Melissa Richard, and I am a new Fort McMurray based photographer. I am originally from Fredericton, New Brunswick, but have been calling Fort McMurray home for almost 11 years now.
I am a wife and mother of 2. I also teach grade one full time. My children are my motivation and inspiration to pick up my camera daily. I am a natural light lifestyle photographer. I am a light chaser, and a storyteller. I love capturing "real" moments, raw emotion and movement. I am passionate about capturing the magic and joy of childhood. I am drawn to capturing details, shadows, lines, dramatic and interesting light. I also enjoy encompassing nature. Photography is my artistic outlet and food for the soul.
Currently booking very limited lifestyle/candid sessions only. Sorry, no big groups at this time.
